Prosta Balance contains a combination of Nettle root and the liposterolic fruit extract of Saw palmetto, which inhibits the enzyme 5?- reductase and therefore the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT). DHT is involved in the pathogenesis of benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH).
